Palate

Meaty and delicious, fruity and woody are melting in during the fresh attack in the mouth before revealing smooth silky tannins. The finish is long, very long !

- 50 % in new barrels and 50 % in one wine barrels

- 14 to 18 months of ageing

Appearance

Ruby, deep and brilliant, brings a wonderful glow to the glass.

Food Pairing

Totally disregarding the curse of the vintage, this wine deserves to stay in the cellar for 5 or 6 years or even more. This bottle will be a perfect match with a nice piece of red meat of with a dark chocolate cake.
