Palate
The tannins are delicate, very smooth, with aromas of red and black fruits, spices and vanilla.
Growing Conditions
It is through ploughing and manual work (pruning, leaf removal) that we obtain a healthy and resistant plant. The vines are surrounded by a double wild hedge, fruit trees and melliferous flowers, to recreate a balance naturally favorable to prevention.
Bottling
The wine is bottled at the Château.
Winemaking
The Rebecca was aged for 15 months in new fine grain oak barrels, regularly racked.
Aging
Ageing from 7 to 15 years. Possibility of slight deposits after a few years of ageing.
