The 2019 vintage has a soft, silky and complex attack in the mouth. It presents aromas of black fruits: blackberry, morello cherry, blueberry.
It is through ploughing and manual work (pruning, leaf removal) that we obtain a healthy and resistant plant. The vines are surrounded by a double wild hedge, fruit trees and melliferous flowers, to recreate a balance naturally favorable to prevention.
The wine is bottled at the Château.
No additives are added to the wine. The sulfur content is very low. No animal products are used (Vegan).
