Nose

Nose of crushed red fruit with floral notes.

Palate

The palate is mediumbodied with supple tannins, very cohesive and harmonious

Growing Conditions

A salty wind from the estuary blew over the vineyard in the springtime, drying some of the flowers and lowering the levels of production.

Harvest

This decrease in production allowed the aromas of the fruits to be much
more concentrated, giving us extremely fragrant and well-balanced wine.

Bottling

Bottling done at the estate, with diam cork, which guaranties the absence of cork taint from our wines.

Aging

Aging in barrel for 12 months, with 30% new oak.

Appearance

Deep ruby with some purple hues.

Food Pairing

The structured tannins of this wine make it perfect for red meats like sirloin, but could also be used on some of the finer games like deer.
