Nose
The nose is spicy and offers freshness, a certain intensity as well as a certain depth in freshness. It reveals notes of cardamom, small black fruits and slight notes of black pepper associated with a touch of spices, wild strawberries, incense and a subtle hint of tobacco.
Palate
The palate is mineral, balanced and offers freshness, juiciness, a tangy frame, some varietal notes (different from vegetal!), energy as well as a fine vibrancy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, crunchy/fresh blackberry and slight notes of iris, lily associated with a delicate fresh/almost rooty sap, blackcurrant and hints of chocolate.
