Yvecourt Saint-Émilion expresses intense aromas of red fruits, liquorice and spices.

Soft and fruity, the palate shows beautiful amplitude with melted tannins.

Yvecourt Saint-Emilion is made using the traditional principles that are the hallmark of this famous appellation. The maceration is done by controlling the temperatures, proceeding to two pumping-over a day during the fermentation.

The wine is then aged in stainless steel vats for a period of about 15 days.

With its beautiful cherry red colour.
