A rich nose with hints of red fruit (currant, raspberry etc.) and spicy flavours.

On the palate the wine is elegant, with a round mid-palate, and a spicy finish.

Yvecourt Médoc is made using the traditional Bordeaux methods: the maceration is done by controlling the temperatures, with two pumping-overs a day during the fermentation.

The wine is then aged in stainless steel vats for a period of about 3 weeks. Everything is made to respect the fruity character of the grape.

Yvecourt Médoc displays a beautiful dark red colour.
