The bouquet reveals attractive, fresh scents of papaya and crystallised lemon, set off nicely by hints of passion fruit.


The wine is tangy and perfectly balanced on the palate. Its flavours of white fruit (pear, banana) and lemon are balanced out by crystallised exotic fruit, making it both light and delicious at the same time.


The grapes used to make Yvecourt Moelleux were selected in a rigorous manner. After pressing, the juice is separated and selected according to the quality, and is then decanted. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel vats at 18°C. Once the alcohol/sugar balance is reached, the fermentation is stopped.


Yvecourt Bordeaux Moelleux has a pale yellow colour with golden tints.

Food Pairing

Perfect with aperitifs as well as with desserts. Serve chilled at around 9°C.
