Palate

Winemaking

Yvecourt Médoc is made using the traditional Bordeaux methods: the maceration is done by controlling the temperatures, with two pumping-overs a day during the fermentation.

Aging

The wine is then aged in stainless steel vats for a period of about 3 weeks. Everything is made to respect the fruity character of the grape.

Appearance

Yvecourt Médoc displays a beautiful dark red colour.
