Winemaking
Yvecourt Saint-Emilion is made using the traditional principles that are the hallmark of this famous appellation. The maceration is done by controlling the temperatures, proceeding to two pumping-over a day during the fermentation.
Aging
The wine is then aged in stainless steel vats for a period of about 15 days.
Appearance
With its beautiful cherry red colour.
Food Pairing
Enjoy this wine during your finest meals. It will be ideal with a red meat dish (beef, lamb or duck), and soft to medium cheeses. Serve at room temperature, at 16°C approximately.
