Palate

The attack is lively and fruity, with citrus flavours leading into a lovely fresh finish.

Winemaking

Premius Sauvignon is made from a prefermentation maceration. The wine is pressed and then decanted at low temperature. The fermentation is done at a controlled temperature (16°C - 18°C) in stainless steel tanks.

Aging

The wine is then aged on fine lees for several months to develop its flavour and roundness.

Appearance

With an attractive pale yellow colour.

Food Pairing

Premius Sauvignon would be ideal as an aperitif, with tapas, seafood or white meat. Serve chilled.
