Premius Sauvignon reveals a bouquet of pink grapefruit and passion fruit.
The attack is lively and fruity, with citrus flavours leading into a lovely fresh finish.
Premius Sauvignon is made from a prefermentation maceration. The wine is pressed and then decanted at low temperature. The fermentation is done at a controlled temperature (16°C - 18°C) in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is then aged on fine lees for several months to develop its flavour and roundness.
With an attractive pale yellow colour.
Premius Sauvignon would be ideal as an aperitif, with tapas, seafood or white meat. Serve chilled.
