Winemaking

The juice comes from complete bleeding of the vats of Grenache (after a very short maceration of 2 to 6 hours in an inert atmosphere) and is fermented at low temperatures to conserve all the delicate flavours of the Grenache variety.

Appearance

The colour is pale livened up by salmon tints.

Serve chilled (11°c -12°c) with summer salads, pan-fried vegetables, grills or even red fruits dessert.
