Growing Conditions
The Gamay is very sensitive to spring frost due to it’s tendancy to early budburst . This grape variety is well adapted to mountain or northern vineyards thanks to its early maturity. The Gamay is a fertile grape variety, it is therefore desirable to limit the number of vine grape clusters in order to obtain a qualitative harvest.

Traditional thermoregulated tank with smooth and repeated windings to obtain a good aromatic concentration and a deep robe
