Nose
All the aromas of the 3 grapes varieties will give citrus, raspberry, crushed strawberry and candy to the wine nose.
Palate
Well-balanced fresh attack in the mouth, long finish with aromatic persistence, slightly sparkling.
Growing Conditions

Clay & sand soil makes the wine fruity and fine. A precise and meticulous winemaking is also essential : sampling in order to establish the harvest timing with good maturity of grapes with fresh and pure fruit flavors.
Harvest
Only ready plots are harvested to avoid the destruction of aromas by oxidation as much as possible.
The grapes are quickly brought to the winery with closed and inert boxes.
Winemaking
Then the grapes are cooled (5 to 7°C) and sent to a inerted tank with CO2, before goes macerated 24-48 hours.
The wine is separated with very light pneumatic pressing in order to obtain a juice with strong fruit and aromas after being clarified by natural distillation and fermentation at 16-18°C.
Appearance
The juice will take a beautiful and deep pink color.
