In the mouth the combination of fruitiness, the very light structure and the roundness brings this wine to the typical pleasant well done clairet.
Skin contact maceration for 30 hours. Direct press under nitrogen. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank.
Ageing on lies for 3 months in tanks.
