Nose
It leaps from the glass with gregarious black cherries, redcurrant jelly and warm plums scents with nuances of dark chocolate, cloves and anise.
Palate
It's full-bodied with firm tannins. Savory with an inky note on the palate. Nice berry, dark-chocolate and hazelnut undertones. The palate offers a lively line of freshness supporting the crunchy red and black fruits, finishing with an herbal lift.
Growing Conditions
With a more humid winter than elsewhere, Pomerol experienced a warm but less rainy springtime. Starting from July favourable weather conditions were noticed with wide fluctuation in between day and night temperatures. The optimal conditions during the harvest guaranteed the health of the crop and its perfect quality.

This second wine from the Château Nénin is characterised by its elegance and lusciousness, underlined by a tense tannic structure and a great freshness, with a persistent and brilliant finish on the fruit.
