A special care is given to the vineyard, with pruning adapted to the vine, controlling the yield, high foliage exposure, grass grown between the rows when necessary, thinning out of the leaves for sun exposure and optimum maturity at harvest. We use a sustainable agriculture pattern and are certified HVE & in organic conversion. We have planted hedges in the vineyard so as to improve biodiversity, and we are also members of an association that is ISO 14001 certified.

Classic, with temperature control around 24 ° C during fermentation, pumping over adapted to the desired extraction, and 26 days of maceration. We favor the fruit and respect it throughout winemaking and aging, in order to obtain sincere, fleshy wines that speak of their clay soil.
Aged two and a half years, including 18 months in 400 liter barrels.
