Nose
On the first nose, the wine presents floral aromas, peony in particular. After stirring there are notes of red fruit with a hint of raspberry, supported by a slightly smoky woodiness.
Palate
Fresh wine with silky tannins, with the typical grain of the great Graves terroirs, giving this wine the possibility of being drunk both young and after 5 years. Its maturing in barrels gives a nice length in the mouth on the fruit.

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in vats
Malolactic fermentation in barrels for 15% of the volume
Aging
9 months (35% in tanks,30% in new oak barrels, 35% in 1 year-old barrels)
