Nose

A very fragrant nose of white fruit and floral aromas.

Palate

The mouth is powerful and generous, marked by citrus notes. A light, tangy style on a mineral finish for a rich mouthful.

Growing Conditions

The estate vineyard covers 65 hectares. The vines, with an average age of 15 years, are planted on clay-limestone hillsides covered with stony gravel. All our plots are cultivated according to a reasoned farming approach and are fertilized with natural organic materials.

A temperate oceanic climate, combined with the proximity of the Garonne River, provides a favorable balance for the cultivation of our vines.

Harvest

Mechanical picking.

Winemaking

We practice direct pressing and age our wine on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 4 to 5 months.

Appearance

A beautiful bright pale yellow robe.

Food Pairing

Perfect as an aperitif, it goes very well with shellfish salads, grilled fish, a plate of frog legs or an asparagus flan.
