The nose is complex and expresses a beautiful diversity of black fruit aromas.

The mouth is long and the tannins melted with a concentration of black fruits such as blackcurrant, blackberries as well as a few touches of cocoa and spices. A balanced and very pleasant wine.

Growing Conditions

The estate vineyard covers 65 hectares. The vines, with an average age of 30 to 35 years, are planted on clay-limestone hillsides covered with stony gravel. All our plots are cultivated according to a reasoned farming approach and are fertilized with natural organic materials.

Temperate oceanic climate, combined with the proximity of the Garonne River, provides a favorable balance for the cultivation of our vines.

We harvest the grapes at optimal maturity.

We practice a malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

The wine is aged in barrels of one to two wines for 12 months.

Food Pairing

Very versatile and can accompany all meats and game.
