Nose

The nose a little on the reserve reveals itself after aeration and has a dominant iris, smoked wood blueberry jam dotted with some animal notes.

Palate

In the mouth we discover a fleshy fruit, a generous balance where the ripe tannins help to give an impression of volume.
The whole is full and perfectly balanced.

Growing Conditions

The terroir is composed of gravel and sand; The average age of the vines is estimated at 40 years which allows for good maturity of the grapes.

It is a wine that requires an aeration time of at least 2 hours to fully release its aromatic potential.
Its density of structure will allow it to achieve an optimum tasting around 2018-2020.
To be garnished with a lamb with spices, a deer casserole or a chicken with morels
