Nose
Heralding a wide range of refined and elegant aromas immediately evoking white fruit, Williams pear, peach, citrus and clementine, against a spicy backdrop of ginger and beautiful blossom freshness with touches of elderflower and honeysuckle.
Palate
It is full, rounded and soft in the attack before quickly becoming fresher and more lemony, enabling a deliciously lingering finish.

- Alcoholic fermentation at 16.5 degrees in barrels : 50% new and 50% used once previously.
Aging
100 % of the production in French oak barrels with mild toast : 50 % new and 50% used once previously.
Over fine lees, with stirring, during 8 months
Appearance
A beautiful pale and very bright golden yellow colour with hints of greyish gree.
