Nose
The bouquet is equally impressive, demonstrating this vintage's huge ripeness as it offers up white peach and apricot with hints of William pear and touch of citrus fruit in the form of mandarin, plus some vanilla and smoke notes from maturation.
Palate
Soft and silky in the attack, the touch of oak continues the impression from the nose in beautifully delicate style paired with a slight bitter touch, pleasant freshness and a lingering gourmet finish.
Growing Conditions
Clay-Limestone and fine gravel over a clay-limestone subsoil.
Plot-by-plot management with integrated drainage system
