Vinification The future wines are vinified with a lot of selection work, so the juices from
each commune are set apart. Indeed, it makes it possible to best express
the potential of each terroir whether for reds or whites wines. The red wines
are vinified in Bordeaux style but with great attention to postfermentary
maceration to obtain flexible wines and malo-lactic fermentation to best
stabilize the color and structure.
