roundness in the mouth with aromas of very ripe red fruits.
Vinification : Traditional with vatting of 2 to 3 weeks, control of fermentation temperatures (20 to 25 ° C), final
12 months in barrels.
It goes perfectly with white meats, cheeses and also
river fish such as lamprey, a traditional Bordeaux dish.
