Harvest

Harvests are late to ensure good and complete maturity of the grapes.

Winemaking

The vinification is traditional with a long
vatting, frequent pumping over during fermentation, and perfect temperature control.

Aging

After running off, the wine
is entered into selected new oak barrels. During the shelf life of about 15 months, it is regularly racked, then
naturally fined without filtration before bottling.

Appearance

Château AILLAN presents a beautiful red color with an intense, crunchy and open robe with a nice aromatic return
of tasty and mellow red fruits that can be drunk easily and which will evolve with grace.
