Palate
Well-balanced with a fine texture, Yvecourt Bordeaux Sauvignon is a rounded, fruity and warming wine. Has great lemony freshness and vivacity.
Winemaking
Yvecourt Sauvignon is made using pre-fermentation maceration. The wine is pressed and then decanted at a low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures (16°C-18°C) in stainless steel vats.
Aging
The wine is then matured on fine lees for several months to develop its aromas and roundness.
Appearance
Beautiful pale yellow appearance.
