Palate

The palate is fresh and fruity, with very fine bubbles. The second fermentation reveals notes of lime, Granny Smith, and pear. Delicate aromas of bread and compote on the finish.

The Early hand-picking is followed by the traditional winemaking method as pressing, first fermentation and second fermentation in the bottle, maturing, riddling, disgorging and bottling.
