Growing Conditions

The vineyard can be found below the commune of Saint-Emilion, on the alluvial plain bordering the Dordogne. It is split into three plots: to the northwest of the villages of Saint-Hippolyte and Saint-Etienne-de-Lisse, and to the southwest in the Saint-Pey d'Armens area.

Traditional Bordeaux vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Pre-fermentation cold maceration.
3 to 4 pumping over operations per day during fermentation.
