Close to two Grands Cru Classés in Barsac, the 2 acres of Château Fleury are located in the sandy lands that characterises this little area. Created in the 19ème century, this property, after having stopped its production for 30 years, has re-started like a phoenix in 2018.
The production is made by the staff of Château du Pavillon of Sainte-Croix-du-Mont which is very close. The perfect maturity which is trying to reach helps producing an well balanced fruity Barsac.
Ideal as an aperitif, on grilled chicken or duck, and appreciated with Roquefort, this wine can be kept long.
