Nous sommes un groupe familial de viticulteurs et de négociants qui vinifie, élève et commercialise une gamme complète de vins de Bordeaux. La Maison Fleury-Dubourg est propriétaire de vignobles et possède des monopoles dans les principales appellations du Bordelais : Médoc, Graves, Saint-Émilion et Pomerol, Sauternais. 

Que nos vins soient issus de nos propres propriétés, ou de monopoles sous contrat, ils suivent, depuis l’origine de notre activité, un cahier des charges bien précis, afin de vous proposer une gamme claire et suivie. 

Notre objectif est de vous offrir dans chaque vin le reflet du terroir d’où il est issu.

Beautiful golden and brilliant dress. The nose expresses a character very typified and honeyed elegant powerful, roasted and silky, candied fruits and very beautiful length in final.

Along the Garonne river, built in the 18th century, Château Les Roques overlooks the landscape close to the village of Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, 40 kilometres south of Bordeaux. With 80 % Merlot, this ruby-red Bordeaux has smooth tannins and long-length palate. Confidential production.

Right next to where were the villa and thermal baths of the Gallo-Roman poet Ausone, in Loupiac, the Domaine de Giron, which is said to have been planted with vines since this period, occupies a limestone plateau covered with Garonne alluvium.
The red wines are subtle, fruity with the necessary acidity for wines for ageing. Ideal with a grilled prime rib, it will also pair perfectly with cheese or a plate of cold cuts.

Clos des Servitudes is a so exclusive property, with its only 0.90 acres of vines, located in the very heart of the normally used for whites land of Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, known for fossils of oysters. Its 100 % Merlot vines produces excellent full bodied red wines.

Sparkling

With no added sugar, this EXTRA BRUT Special was developed according to the Traditional champenoise Method during more than a year in underground cellars shielded from the light and in the constant temperature of 11 degrees.
Blended of 80 % of Sémillon, 18 % of Sauvignon blanc and 2 % of Muscadelle facing south, this Sparking wine offers great fineness bubbles with an elegant and fruity mouth.

The Petit Pavillon is the pure reflect of the excellence of our extreme care we do involved in the production of the Great wines of Château du Pavillon.
Resulting from a blend of Semillon, Sauvignon, Muscadelle, this outstanding White has a powerful bouquet of grapefruits and white fruits (apricot, flowers and nuts). 
A perfect match with seafood or white meat dishes, or to be enjoyed as an appetizer. Serve chilled (8° to 10°C).

Resulting from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, its expresses well the character of the fresh red fruits, with soft tannins for everybody to enjoy.

Rosé

Along the river Garonne, built in the 18th century, Château du Pavillon overlooks the landscape close to the village of Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, 40 kilometres south of Bordeaux. This Rosé wine is produced on selected old vine trunks. Hard work is operated in the wine cellar in order to produce the clearest rosé wine with aromatic richness so particular to the  Bordeaux wines for your delightment.

On the best lands of Loupiac, the 3 acres of Château Les Roques overlooks the Garonne river. The production is made by the staff of Château du Pavillon of Sainte-Croix-du-Mont which is very close. The perfect maturity which is trying to reach helps producing an well balanced fruity Loupiac.
Ideal as an aperitif, on grilled chicken or duck, and appreciated with Roquefort, this wine can be kept long.

This sweet white wine is endowed with a beautiful golden dress, an Apricot’s nose, honey and citrus fruits and an elegant mouth with beautiful materials of candied fruits. A certain freshness in finale and a very beautiful length.

This dry wine was produced down the hills of the famous Vineyard of Château du Pavillon where the harvest is only possible hand made to optimize quality. Strict selection is operated in order to produce a white wine with qualities such as vivacity and fruitiness which is quite rare in this region of Great Sweet Wines.
