At the Château
Grapes are handpicked in small crates, hand destemmed then fermented in barrels of vinification (500 liters) of French oak. The ageing of 15 months takes place in 225 liters barrels.
10 -15 years
Deep plum color.
To be served at 16º-18ºC with meat end cheese.
