At Château Suau
Avec destemming, the harvest is then fermented in 500 liters new french oak open barrels. After pressing grapes, barrels are re-closed. There will happen malolactic fermentation.
The ageing last during 15 months in 225 liters french oak barrels.
A superb color !
Perfect with a roasted red meat.
