Harvest

At the end of September, the fogs of the Ciron appeared, with a radiant sun and dry winds. They made the fungus appear and concentrate itself. The harvest in October allayed initial concerns: Our patience was awarded. The 2014 vintage keeps promises, it is very fresh and has a good quality of pure botrytis which once again gives the huge complexity of the Sigalas Rabaud.
