Growing Conditions
Our vineyards have been organic since 2018.
Our cultivation practices are Bee Friendly certified .
The soils are maintained by light tillage.
A green manure composed of vetch, oats and crimson clover is planted every autumn, it will have an action on the structuring of the soil and will be a natural fertilizer as it decomposes.
Another advantage, its flowering in early spring will promote the development of auxiliaries, pollinators in our vines.
Harvest
The harvest is done manually.
Aging
The aging of the wine lasts 18 months.
