Our vineyards have been organic since 2018. Our cultivation practices are Bee Friendly certified . The soils are maintained by light tillage. A green manure composed of vetch, oats and crimson clover is planted every autumn, it will have an action on the structuring of the soil and will be a natural fertilizer as it decomposes. Another advantage, its flowering in early spring will promote the development of auxiliaries, pollinators in our vines.
