Growing Conditions

The 2-hectare Château Moulin de Bayron vineyard is situated on the river bank and takes advantage of its location. Traditional vinegrowing: Pruning Guyot Double, sucker removal, deleafing and green harvest

Two sorting are realised in the cellar. Fermentations in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Pumping over and maceration are suitable to the grapes.
