On the palate, the attack is powerful and generous. The mouth is round and full bodied. Rich tannins with a long aftertaste.

- Malolactic fermentation in new oak barrels.
- Maceration before fermentation during 20 days.
Aging
- 12 months ageing in the barrels (50% new / 50% of 1 year).

Last born in the Mottet Family wines, Cuvee Carpe Diem has a beautiful crimson almost black colour with intense purple tints.
