Nose

Superior Bordeaux with a dense color.

Palate

We love its tannins, its aromas of red fruits. The roundness of Merlot and the elegance of Cabernet Franc.

Bottling

No fining, no filtration. Low SO2 content (between 35 and 45 mg/L)

Winemaking

Fermentation with native yeasts. Vinified and aged in raw concrete vats.

Aging

Aged in French oak barrels (Berthomieu) between 6 and 10 months. Never new barrels.

Food Pairing

Chocolate cake, grilled red meat and duck breast.
