Growing Conditions

Single parcel. Shallow soil with a mix of clay and chalk stones and a limestone underlay.

Harvest

Average yiels: 35hl / ha. Natural sodding. No chemicals. Manual leaf removal. Mechanical harvesting with optical sorting.

Winemaking

1 week maceration. 3 months aging in inox vats. No filtration or splicing.

Appearance

Deep colored wine with purple hints.
