Palate

Lively wine «very much on the fruit» but
without aggressiveness, a lot of roundness and length on the mouth, a beautiful finish with a little tart touch.

Winemaking

Skin maceration. Pressing, juice selection, budding. Yeasting, fermentation at 16/18°C.

Aging

Micro oxygenation. Storage on fine lees. Regular stirring of the lees. Bentonite bonding, racking, cold
stabilization. Filtration on land, bottling in March or April.

Appearance

Bright pale yellow color.
