The dry white Château Janon has a great aromatic complexity ranging from citrus notes to white flowers.


The palate is both lively and melting.


The future wines are vinified with a lot of selection work, so the juices from each municipality are set apart. In fact, this makes it possible to best express the potential of each terroir, whether for reds or whites. The volume of the winery in the cellar has been designed for this. Concerning the whites, the most important phase is the severe settling, just keeping the fine lees for a longer fermentation at 15-16 ° C but with a greater aromatic complexity in the end.
