Winemaking

Maceration : Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation : Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, gentle vatting for 3 weeks.

Aging

100% in vats with alternatives during 6 to 8 months.

Appearance

This wine has a ruby red color of great intensity.
