Beautiful bouquet of wild berries with some floral notes and nice complexity. Juicy and pleasing on the palate with a long finish. Well-balanced and clean.

Winemaking

The grapes are destemmed and crushed quickly to pre- serve the best quality of the fruits. Fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats.
