Nose

Aromas of peach, lemon, honeydew, yellow watermelon, honeysuckle and creek stones. Dry and crisp with melon and ripe pear. notes of acacia flowers.

Palate

Mouth watering aspect with a good acidity, matched with minerality and a great structure.

Growing Conditions

A mild climate (due to the Atlantic). Lots of sunshine, and regular rain, hillside situation and the clay-limestone soil, gravels offer the best conditions for the growth of the vines and the grapes.

Winemaking

Vinified in thermo-regulated steel vats.

Appearance

Medium bright straw to pale gold.
