Good fruit, raspberry and strawberry summery flavors, roasted berries....

Palate

The attack is full and round on the palate, craisins and cassis with an earthy finish woody finish.

Growing Conditions

A mild climate (due to the Atlantic Ocean). Lots of sunshine, and regular rain, the hillside situation and the clay-limestone soil, gravels offer the best conditions for the growth of the vines and the grapes.

Winemaking

Vinified in thermo-regulated vats. Indigenous yeast.

Appearance

Dark garnet red.
