A refreshing, medium-long watermelon rind and cherry skin finish with dusty, fine, and fruit tannins. Fresh and lively with an earthy character!

Growing Conditions

A mild climate (due to the Atlantic Ocean). Lots of sunshine and regular rain. The hillside situation and the clay, limestone & graveled soil offer the best conditions for the growth of the vines and the grapes.

Harvest September 15th.

Winemaking

Direct soft pressing. Vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
