Nose
A fairly intense nose of bergamot with vanilla, grilled and slightly lemony notes.
Palate
The mouth is quite ample with a pleasant finish of very ripe banana, vanilla and a grilled note.
Harvest
Machine harvested from a leafless vine.
Winemaking
Vinification in new barrels with regular stirring.
Aging
Aged on fine lees for 6 months in new american oak barrels.
Appearance
Cavath is light in color.
