One hectare of the exceptional terroir of Sigalas Rabaud is kept for the Demoiselle de Sigalas production. The vineyard conditions of production are the same as the 1st growth.
The vineyard team work the soil not to use any herbicides. The harvest is done by hand with a berry by berry selection by successive sorting.
The Semillon fermentation is done in oak barrels instead of the Sauvignon is kept in stainless steel vats. It will preserve the fruitiness, flowers and the freshness of this Sauvignon. Both of these grape varieties are aged on thin lees. Before bottling, we blend the Semillon and the Sauvignon together choosing the good proportions depending on the year to keep the complexity and the freshness of the Demoiselle de Sigalas.
